Exploring the nature of code, and the construction of digital images.

Images were first glitched to abstact them (the representation of a thing is a distraction from the process, but it was cats, because they rule the internet, obviously…) The components of the images were separated into RGB and CMYK sections. An ASCII representation of the images were printed onto acetate, in RGB and CMYK colours.

The image components were used to create templates to cut out shapes from the printed acetate, and reconstructed in an analogous form in an effort to bring clarity and understanding to the computational process.
